What to include
- Account problems: your Minecraft name and what you expected to happen. Never send passwords or tokens.
- Privacy requests: what you want us to do (access, correction, deletion) and the Minecraft name or Discord account it concerns. See the privacy policy.
- Bug reports: the page or command, your Minecraft and mod version, and a screenshot or the error text if there is one.
- Partnerships and server connections: your server name, address and the game modes you run.
Frequently asked questions
Can you change my rating or tier?
No. Ratings move only when matches are recorded by connected servers, and they are not edited on request. Tiers from MCTiers, PvPTiers or SubTiers come from those communities, so questions about them have to go to the source that published them.
How do I get my account or data deleted?
Send a privacy request by email from the address you want handled and tell us your Minecraft name or Discord account. We may ask for proof that the account is yours before we change or delete anything. The privacy policy explains your rights in detail.
My player name changed. What should I do?
Search for your current Minecraft name on the profile page first. If the old name still shows up or your ratings are missing, contact us with both names.
I run a PvP server and want to connect it.
Write to us on Discord or by email with the name and address of your server and the game modes it runs. Connected servers submit results through authenticated API keys, so a key has to be issued before results can appear in the rankings.
